by zopeadmin last modified January 10, 2008

fieldresearch.jpgIt is the policy of the college to protect the health and safety of all employees whether in an office, laboratory or field research site. It is the responsibility of each employee and his/her field supervisor and major professor to guard against accidents and to be prepared to the fullest extent possible for normal work conditions and emergencies. The following guidelines and resources may serve as a starting point and are in addition to those promulgated by the campus (see UC Davis Policy and Procedure Manual 370-05). It is the responsibility of each employee and supervisor to read and comply with these guidelines and regulations.

  1. Introduction
  2. Safety Issues for Field Workers
  3. Safety Issues for Field Supervisors
  4. Safety Issues for Principal Investigators
