System Requirements

Before installing our software, make sure you system meets the requirements and has proper fonts and proper document viewer. Our software generates reports in Rich Text Format (RTF) and for displaying them, depends on the document viewer and fonts installed on your system. For mobile apps you also need an email account to be used for sending reports as email attachments:

• Use Google Docs offline: If you aren’t connected to the internet, you can still create, view, and edit files on Google Docs. Click here for step-by-step instructions from Google.

Testing System Requirements

The following RTF reports are in different languages.  Try to open them on your PC, Android, or iPhone. If you have proper fonts and proper RTF Viewer for the selected language then you will be able to read them properly. If not you must install required fonts and RTF viewers.
