Advising Alert

UC Davis will begin automatically enrolling students into Duo multi-factor authentication (MFA) after Feb. 5, 2021. Once you’re enrolled, you will need Duo to access OASIS, the Advising Appointment System, MyDegree, and several other campus services protected by CAS.

How to setup Duo:

  1. You’ll need to use Duo with a smartphone or other smart device. Most students decide to use Duo by installing the Duo mobile app on their smartphones. You can also use a token (available at the UC Davis Stores) or contact Aggie Compass Basic Needs if you do not have a smartphone and cannot afford a token. (What’s a token?)
  2. After you are enrolled, you will receive an email announcing the change, with a link to instructions on how to enroll your device in Duo. You can also avoid the batch enrollment by enrolling on your own in advance. See instructions online.

For help, contact the IT Express Service Desk, iet.ucdavis.edu/support. It is open 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. each weekday.

Memorable events, engaging classes, and supportive advisors are all part of the student life experience in the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences.

Our college supports undergrads exploring their future majors, careers and opportunities. We empower first-year students to research potential careers through Career Discovery Groups and to find their niche in any of our more than 28 majors and 42 minors. As an undergrad in this college, students can rely on supportive advising resources to help them stay on track and student clubs and organizations, including Aggie Ambassadors, to give them leadership skills.
