The LCD screen in the Mrak Hall lobby is managed by the CA&ES Communications (CA&ES comms) Team to communicate with students in the waiting area. The screen will serve as a tool to promote CA&ES events and programs, as well as inform visitors about important upcoming holidays or deadlines.
Currently, only CA&ES dean’s office units, departments, programs and registered student organizations will be invited to submit LCD graphics to be displayed. Priority is given in the following order:
- CA&ES Dean’s Office, departments and programs
