Registering For Classes

Your fall course registration appointment time, also known as “pass time” at UC Davis, is almost here! You can access and begin planning courses on Schedule Builder now. Freshmen will register for classes August 8-9, and transfer students will register either August 12-13, 2024. We know that course registration can be challenging so we created a few different ways you can connect with us throughout the process.

During your pass time

CA&ES advisors will be online to answer questions via Zoom from 7:45 a.m.-noon and 1-5 p.m.

After your pass time

After your pass time, you can make changes to your schedule during “Open Registration.” This time is an opportunity to make adjustments to the schedule you registered for during your pass time and does not require an appointment. CA&ES advisors will be available on Zoom to answer questions for:

First Years can continue with schedule adjustments on August 9 and transfers on August 13. You can email the CA&ES advising team with registration questions on these days.

Questions to ask (and not to ask) CA&ES advisors
